(SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Could Vulcan still be alive?

So in X-Men 18, Cecilia Reyes reveals that Deathbird is pregnant...Deathbird was married to Vulcan who was killed off in 2006, in "War Of Kings". If the child is Vulcan's then the kid should have been born right now, because I think its been about 2 years (Marvel time) since Vulcan's death... I have 3 theories...

1. Vulcan is alive and the child is in in fact his...

2. The term of pregnancy (9 months for us) is a lot longer in the Sh'iar...

3. Vulcan is in fact truly dead and the baby is somebody eles's...

Since Black Bolt survived, there is possibility that Vulcan is alive...
