Hi,

I am in the process of listing some comic books on ebay and have noticed something.

Here is mine:

This one I have seen on ebay:

The difference I have seen is in the bottom left of the front cover. Mine has a barcode and the other has an image if Spiderman.

Is this good or bad etc.???

Any advise would be great.

Thank you.

A direct edition comic would have the image and a newsstand edition would have the barcode. Neither is more valuable than the other, but direct edition comics tend to be in better shape because they were handled by comic shops instead of handled like a magazine at the supermarket. The indicia will tell you what printing it is.
