Since most of the big three (wolverine,hulk and spider-man) now have children will spider-man have a child of his own or be reunited with his presumed dead one?

I wouldn't consider Hulk to be one of the top three - I wish he was though.

@verbaleuan: Shouldn't he at least have a wife.. or a girl friend.. or a female volunteer of some sort before he tries making a spider-baby?

But, yes, there absolutely SHOULD be a Spider Baby in the Marvel universe. A girl. Named May... With her father's powers and her mother's spirit.. (Her mother being M.J.).. and her friends will call her 'May Day.' sigh.. I LIKED that series.
