Several Marvel writers and editors already mentioned everything that happened before still happened. Everything before is still cannon, to be honest i don't know why you would think it wasn't? The Earth got destroyed and the heroes literally just move to another world, 2 planets clashing into each other does not automatically just erase everything that happened before.

Here Alonso and Brevoort repeat it's not a reboot 4 times... it's even in the title of the interview

It will likely move the 616 and Ult to a new Earth they both inhabit (somehow), that doesn't mean either's characters are getting rebooted.
