I was playing Injustice Gods Among us and playing as Aquaman and in a cutscene Flash started running at Aquaman and hit him with 3 blows the fourth time he tried to Aquaman stopped him and countered it...

Everyone forgets that Deatstroke was also able to tag flash in the actual comics. But both times Flash wasn't using his full power.

And it would depend how fast Flash was moving. A serious Flash? Hell no. Flash moving at low mach speeds? That is feasible.

Ya know, now that you mentioned it, Flash should be able to dodge Aquamans' attacks. But he's moving at a lower speed level so Aquaman was able to hit him. No big deal, it's just a awesome game hyping things up in the moment.

In context of that video game, yes. In DCU; no.
