Sinestro and Hawkgirl Gameplay Footage from 'Injustice: Gods Among Us'

I simply can not wait for this game. It looks kick ass. IT COMES OUT ON MY BIRTHDAY.

I'm disappointed in alot of the character choices simply because their moves are very uninteresting and their specials are so uninspired, Bane for example and Hawkgirl. But on the other hand, Sinestro's gameplay looks amazing (far better than GL), Aquaman's looks awesome, both Flash's and Shazam's look really cool also. You can expect me to never play as Joker, Catwoman, Harley Quinn or Bane. I'd Laugh if Zod is another character 'cus that would be pointless.

@SmashBrawler: Leaving the final battle unanswered does sound like a great idea. Hopefully they'll let that particular fight be resolved within the game instead. But while I understand that the creators had their own rooster planned, I don't see why they couldn't have let us choose, not all, but at least a couple of characters and then made longer videos demonstrating the characters gameplay. Since they want us to buy the game it would only makes sense if they made an effort to see what the fans wanted. But I see the problems. And like you said, now we do get a special look at the game.

I agree it's being fought based on popularity more than anything.

For this reason, my predictions in the 1/4s

• Batman vs Wonder Woman
• Flash vs Joker
• Aquaman vs Green Lantern
• Superman vs Green Arrow

In comics, I think you'd get the opposite result in all of these except Supes vs Arrow, but this bracket was clearly set up for a Batman/Joker Semi and a Batman/Superman Finale.

With that in mind, my predictions for the semis will be:

• Batman vs Joker
• Aquaman vs Superman

Playoff will be

• Joker vs Aquaman

And Final will be a rather frustrating tie and a "buy the game and find out for yourself who wins!" comment...

Did Supes just send Sinestro to the PHANTOM ZONE at 2:20? And are Giganta and Atom-Smasher fighting in the background? And did they just throw Hawkgirl into the Hall of Justice at 1:26? Followed by Ollie blasting Hawkgirl through a Boom Tube to Apocalypse, where Darkseid blasted her back at 2:26? This game is a geek-out explosion!

Superman and Green Arrow won, so I was right.

Wow...this is really giving me more and more reason to update my console just for this very game.

If hawk girl and sinestro are here then where is NIGHTWING. Is not playable or something? Will there be a second tournament for him and other characters? I know for certain that it is not because of popularity because he is way more popular than solomon grundy.

The tournament doesn't include all of the characters. Don't worry, Nightwing is playable.
