Would Norman Osborn have the technology to do something like that?

I've always seen GG to be the true arch nemesis of Peter rather than DocOck but personality and ambition wise, to me, Ock is the more logic choice for the Superior gimmick. Goblin would just want to destroy Peters life while Ock cares for his legacy.

GG has the intellect and the skills but he's way to crazy... he wouldn't maintain the façade of being Spidey for very long

I think the Marvel universe is oversaturated with Norman Osborn already. Not to mention the fact that, even having watched your video, I still can't really think of a single good reason for Osborn being Superior Spider-man.

Phil Urich might have been interesting, but that would have been kind of silly.

It's amazing Ock has kept it up this long.

Correct answer: Superior Spider-Man shouldn't exist.

Norman hasn't been seen in over a year...

No.

I find Ock to be more similar in character to that of Peter, than the alternative of Osborn. Both being scientifically inclined, and both being considered, at one point in time or another, introverted by their peers, as well as gaining their powers from freak accidents (one by pure chance, while the other more out of neglect).

That being said, I find Ock to be much more appropriate as the Superior Spider-Man, and have been enjoying the run immensely. Ock being Spider-Man's most consistent arch-nemesis makes him Spidey's #1 villain in my book, and it was about time Ock got a chance to shine within the entire Marvel 616 universe.

Osborn had his.

I noticed. And while that's nice, for like four or five years he was EVERYWHERE.

As much as I dislike superior I feel that the story would be better it everything was like it is and for Norman to find out with ock did with Peter. This could really shape up to be a story in the upcoming arc having Spider-Man's true enemy find out that someone else defeated him insets of being able to do it himself.
