Should Cyclops stay a renegade?

I think he should, I've always despised Cyclops as a character but after AVX he has grown into a character I enjoy reading about. Not a goody two-shoes and not totally evil either. Which do you guys prefer, the darker Scott or the boy-scout Scott?

I'm liking darker, and no BS pos-AvX Cyclops as well. He just seems overall much more interesting to me now

I don't consider him evil at all and renegade doesn't quite fit either. He is outside of the law and he has taken it into his own hands but Bendis has been able to pull off the impression he's still an X-Man. I don't like a lot of things about Cyclops at the moment but I do understand the why of it all which is more than I can say about a few other X-Men. I need to catch up with my reading, I am so lost as to why young Jean is loving him now when she was filled with irrational hatred before. (Big hint there about who I don't understand and don't like character-wise as an X-Man).
