Should Artemis Crock be incorportated into DC comics?

The character was a founding member of the Young Justice team in the television series and was my favorite character presented in the show.

I realize that Artemis has existed in comics (both pre- and post-Flashpoint). But my question is whether or not you'd like to see her brought to comics as a character more akin to her depiction in YJ? Perhaps as a member of the Green Arrow family?

She has been but she already died in Teen Titans.

@dernman: I should be shocked that DC would kill of a character that was appearing in a TV show and thus more likely to gain fans, but really they care more about shock killings than fans it seems.

I realize, but that really wasn't a very faithful adaption of the character, in my opinion. And if I remember correctly, her real name and backstory were never even given before her abrupt death.

So my question is if you'd like a different character to appear using the name Artemis who is closer to her YJ depiction.

I feel like I should be surprised they fridged her that quickly, but I'm not.

Wow, she died pretty quick.

Reminds me of someone she was close to who also suffered a speedy death.

I'd love to see Artemis brought to comics outside of Teen Titans (I've never read her appearances there but I don't like what I've heard). And, as far as I know, Green Arrow does not have a protege at the moment. I'd love to see Artemis come in and take the role.
