In the new 52 at what point was Shazam introduced as a Justice League member? I have read all his appearances and I can't recall the Justice League or Justice League of America ever recruiting him. Maybe I need to go back and re-read, maybe I missed something or just don't remember. Does anyone out there know?

He hasn't been, yet. He'll join after Forever Evil.

But in Justice league of America Martian Manhunter refers to Shazam as a member

@dauntes_patron: Well it might be an error on the editors part. Sometimes they get confused with what's going on in other books. Like you, I have read all Shazam appearances, the closest he has to being in the Justice League, at present, was in Trinity war. After Forever Evil he will be recruited into the League as the big power character, but, for now, he's just a super powerful kid caught in the middle.

He's not a member, he only worked together with the multiple Leagues during Trinity War.

He hasn't yet become an official member but it seems after the end of Forever Evil he is part of the Justice League alongside their other new members as Captain Cold and Lex Luthor.
