Sexiest female in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Not only is Padmé so much hotter with her hair let down, but the character of Jane is genuinely likable. She's not some cynical skeptic that needs to be won over; she wants to believe Thor right from the start. More so, she's not some fiercely independent, hyper-militant feminist that eschews relationships with men as a weakness and betrayal to her gender; she's flirtatious and openly attracted to Thor from the start. She avoids everything that's wrong with Lois Lane and other "strong" female characters in comics.

This.
Yeah, I need a confirmation on which Betty we're talking about before I vote.
I don't mean to sound harsh but the two were pretty much night and day, at least to my preferences (which lean toward Connelly, btw).

Saying Connelly isn't sexy? She was hot as.
Not really a fair comparison considering that Marvel Studios made less than half their movies. If movies by other Production Studios counted, the cast of the X-Men films alone I would say are sexier than any of these girls. Natalie Portman,Scarlett Johannson,Cobie Smulders,Liv Tyler etc. are very attractive but I would necessarily call them sexy. I've seen Scarlett completely naked, some how she's hotter with clothes on. I wasn't impressed by her body at all. Halle Berry\Storm, Dania Ramirez\Callisto, Rebecca Romijn-Stamos\Mystique, Zoe Kravitz\Angel, Famke Jenssen\Jean Grey, Kelly Hu\Lady Deathstrike, on the other hand are all sexy. There's also Jessica Alba & Kerry Washington from the Fantastic Four films.
@vance_astro: Natalie Portman is also on V for Vendetta. She was a side show on Thor.

The lack of knowledge of DC films these days.
In order:
Betty Ross......Jennifer Connelly
Black Widow
Jane Foster
Maria Hill
Peggy Carter
Pepper Potts
Honorable Mention: Jennifer Garner as Elektra, Eva Mendes as Roxanne, Kelly Hu as Lady Deathstrike
Liv Tyler ftw.
Liv Tyler ftw.
This.
Though Hayley Atwell with the 40s haircut and look is gorgeous.
And this as an honorable mention.
Hayley Atwell is in last place? It was a close between her and Scarlett Johansson but it didn't take long to pick Hayley. Have you even seen her? Wow. Maybe Scarlett Beats her out and I could understand that but Last Place!?!
For me personally... 1. Misty Knight 2. Nakia 3. Clare Temple. 4. Black Widow. 5. Hela(her demonic personality had me some type of way). In that order for me.
