I thought they had a point, so let's do something like that.

Just state something that happened in comics recently that you liked or enjoyed. Whether or not others disagree matters not because this is just you saying something positive about something you like.

Rocket Raccoon's book was a lot better than I expected.

• Metal Men returned.
• Grayson seems promising.

Grayson, Life After and Outcast all had great debuts this month.

Nightwing Second City was very good.

Velvet volume 1.

All-New X-Factor volume 1.

X-Men Legacy by Simon Spurrier.

East of West

I'm really liking Wonder Woman as the God of War.

Silver Surfers book being good.

Both Grayson and Suicide Squads first issues being good.

Howard Chaykin making another The Shadow book.

Anything with Rocket Racoon in it.

Superior Spider gave us the Spider Man 2099 book.

Falcon became the new cap, so now I have a reason to read the series expressly to wait for him to Falcon Punch someone.

Peter Parker is Spidey again..yay. And as much as I rag on Dan Slott, the new stories have been decent so far.

@aros001: I love that Image, dynamite, Boom!, Valiant, and Dark Horse are producing quality books that level the playing field with Marvel and DC.

Also, Miracleman and Wonder Woman.

The new Hyperion is a beast

The Global Defense Force was made into reality. =)

Valiant and Dark Horse. That is all.

Superman may finally have a good new 52 comic with johns taking over

All of the Batman comics are great right now

Grayson was better than expected

The new suicide squad members are cool and make the team seem like a threat

Aquaman is finally getting back on track to another great storyline

Superior Foes of Spider-Man is still alive

Moon Knight has been nothing short of phenomenal

Rocket Raccoon #1 was great

Batman Eternal has been better overall than I thought it would be

Outcast had a great and creepy start

Image is constantly publishing fantastic comics in a wide variety of genres

Starlight and MPH, 2 new Mark Millar stories that aren't defined by violence and pushing the boundaries.

When Geoff Johns left Justice League....oh wait...that was just a dream...

In all seriousness though I liked infinity a lot.

Gonna be very specific here. Let's hope these still fall into the domain of "recently".

1. That moment Fantomex realizes he can't catch that lady

2. Conversational Moon Knight's savage beatings as he's counting the floors to a rescue

3. That lady thinking Surfer's board is named Toomie

4. The supposedly powerless new villain asking Psylocke why she's trying so hard to be a white girl in an Asian body, enduring her mental assault, and trying his hardest to break her back by punching her in the stomach

5. New guy sustaining bullet holes, transforming into Ghost Rider, calmly getting into his car, and burning vulcanized rubber at the end of issue one

6. The pre-fight tension between Illuminati and The Great Society

7. Spider-Woman convincing a sentient bomb to not detonate

8. Shuma-Gorath introducing himself as the emptiness outside all understanding

9. The art for the first five books of teen Ms. Marvel

10. Young Jean Grey telling young Angel to get into the house

That turned me on. If only she had followed it with "Latch the door." ....

Green Arrow and Batman have been great series'. The writing has been great and the art is stellar.

Image continues to release new, solid titles - One of my favorite being Stjepan Sejic's Death Vigil.

new Black Widow series is good stuff!

Captain Cold is in the Justice League.
