Red Hood and the Suicide Squad

To be honest, I mostly only read the current Suicide Squad because of Harley Quinn being on it. BUT, I thought to myself, what is Jason Todd was finally captured and imprisoned for his crimes (maybe he gets caught, maybe he turns himself in, whatever) and gets recruited as the leader of a new Suicide Squad? What kind of a squad would that be? Who would he want on it? Just a curious thought I had...
