Ranking the less powerful Marvel Characters?

Some of these I am just sort of guessing on but most of these seem about equal in terms of power. Does Wolverine have adamantium bones/claws? Also, it seems strange to have Thor and Hercules on a list of the less powerful Marvel characters.

I thought thor without his hammer would be less powerful then Hulk. And yes Wolverine has his claws.

While that is true, he's still so far beyond everyone you mentioned that he would probably end up a 10.

@joshua1990: I might bump Wolverine up to a 6 then but I think Thor even without his hammer has baseline strength greater than Hulk and as good or better durability and better fighting skills so I'd say he is still about on par with Hulk. An enraged Hulk would be slightly higher just physically. Give Thor his full powers and Mjolnir and I think he's above.
