Hmm, a thought just came to me, could Rabum Alal be an alternate Doctor Doom, perhaps in that Universe Doom kept. the Beyonder's power from their original Secret Wars? That would explain why the Ivory Kings/Beyonders are at war with Rabum and seek to destroy the Multiverse so no other native can usurp their power.
