Question about Black Panther

So I've noticed there's a Black Panther in Marvel, but I remember playing DCUO and fighting a guy perhaps an old school black panther inside a building (my memory is foggy of the location) and also seeing my cousin watch en episode of the Batman the brave and the bold with someone who also reminded me of Black Panther.. so are there two Black Panthers or am I just crazy?
