Every day on CV, users post and discuss every kind of media. Some of us follow each other on Facebook or Tumblr. We use social media every day, to discuss copyrighted content, things like movies or games or TV shows.

Now the US government wants to come in and CENSOR these sites. Even something as simple as posting a link to copyrighted content, or playing a Beatles' song in the background of your video can end in a fine or even jail time.

SIGN THE PETITION, please. We know the power of a fandom, we killed Jason Todd! I urge you to call your representative, email, sign the petition, and spread the word -- internet censorship is real and if you don't do something now, then your kids or the little people in your life, won't know a US where they have freedom of speech online.

Do you actually know anything about capitalism? Capitalism is the system that allows ANYONE to succeed and become wealthy and is the reason that America became a dominant global power in the first place. Is it a perfect system? No, hell no it's not. America doesn't need anything, people like US need to get our heads out of our butts and to start getting involved rather than griping about what we can't change. If you want a Robin Hood then get in a booth and VOTE.

I didn't make this thread for people to complain about how much the US government sucks, I made it so people could defend their constitutional right to talk about comic books and not get fined for it.

The capitalism is a sickness, its true, anyone is able to be rich with the capitalism, but for every rich person there is a LOT of people starving, that is how capitalism work, It works by exploiting all that is around you, the pollution, the marketing, all the current problems in the society is because the imperfect capitalism, the bad products, man my country is a horrible place to live because the United States.
