power level criteria

As a fan of manga anime comics shows from all over that display the every day ordinary guy all the way too the godly being fighting the good fight but through all this the debate of power and domain classification what are the true criteria of steer level city level country level planetary level and interstellar level character so here I wish to debate those criteria starting with street

There is no master criteria list that exists that everyone follows. Character "tiering" is highly debated upon and almost everyone has their own qualifications and rankings.

There's also a lot of cross tiering because characters don't always fit into one category. Some characters have enormously high offense, but no defense, or vice versa. Some characters have tremendous flexibility but lack raw power or vice versa and so on and so forth.

In general just use your best judgement. Don't put characters in matches that are clearly mismatches. And if you don't know enough about the two characters to know if its a mismatch, don't make the thread.

Street level

1 based in the type of crime you fight and where you fight it

ex: Spiderman fights everyday crime on the city streets

2 the amount of power you may be able too exert ex: Spiderman terms of strength above

but overall even if a character is supeman level I believe the would be classified as street level if only majorly fought against street level threats muggers gangs petty crime etc etc
