For those of you who don't know, DC is looking for a new host for that web series "All Access" and this guy really wants to do it. If you haven't yet, check out his channel because he is probably one of the best (if not the best) comic book internet personalities online. I cannot recommend his channel highly enough, it is fantastic beyond belief, and hands down the best channel for getting new readers into comics.

I don't have a Twitter, so in order to do my part for sharing I figured I'd make a blog post.

Sure why not, even if he doesn't get the job, I do think he deserves more recognition because while I do disagree with some of his points (his reviews for week 1 of Futures End), he's openly passionate about comics and works hard to show it.

Sure. Seems like a cool guy. Hope he gets it. Although, his hair color and lipstick is a tad strange.

It was only a joke, besides the video explains who he is and has a link to his channel. In any case even if you don't share I appreciate you reading/watching.

We should have the host of variant comic do it. You lob the guy that says that bane can beat rhino in a fight easy and puts joker against green gobbling in hth combat. Don't ask how I found him. He also put flash against quicksilver so he makes great battles. (I'm joking)

@comicdude360: Arris can't be the host because he already works for a web production company, the contest is for independent channels. Also even if you can't share directly with Twitter, just share any way you can, and type #DCHostSearch where ever you do. I don't have a Twitter either, and this is my way of sharing. Also be sure to check out more vids from his channel, he dose some very well made videos on comics.

Well the good news is you don't have to choose only one, you can re-tweet more then one person, so just tweet them both :)

I know he's your "friend" and all, but his videos just didn't grab me, and I don't support things I don't enjoy. Good luck to him though.

I never said I was too lazy to do it. I'm just not a fan of his videos retweeting that makes it look like I am. Nothing against him I've watched a couple of his vids I just didn't care for them.

@feartheliving: I never did either, and I don't really see what there is to dislike, he talks about comics, and that's pretty much the video.

@squares: No, but I do know the guy who made them, and since I don't have a Twitter of my own I figured it would only be right to share them any way I can, and Comic Vine is one of those ways.

@captainmarvel4ever: Getting a Twitter account takes less time than it takes to watch the video you asked everyone to watch. If you can't be bothered to commit that much time and energy to support something you care about, why should we?

@squares: You make a good (but somewhat rudely delivered) point. I try to avoid getting caught up in social media, so I generally stay away from sites like Twitter or Facebook. However with the way the world is now, maybe it is time I start up an account.

DC has their own news video?

@transformers1024: Yeah they have a segment called "All Access" on their YouTube channel. Personally I think it's kinda dumb, but it does have some good interviews with writers and artists.
