Peter's parents were murdered, just not in front of him. And I don't see how that would lead to him being raised by Ghul.

A wise cracking Batman, and a broody Spiderman?

That would be too weird.

1) I'd imagine the dead relative thing wouldn't affect them any differently than it already has.

2)Batman gets the proportionate strength of a bat, flight, enhanced vision and enhanced senses overall and begins crime fighting like Peter. Peter becomes very similar to Batman but instead becomes a ninja with a cool costume since he doesn't have a bat or spider theme. He also has considerably less resources at his disposal so becomes more of a Daredevil.

3) Bruce is likely happier overall because of these relationships and learns to protect those he cares about. Peter Parker gets a mini-ninja.

4) Batman handles them all quite well. Spider-man however has major issues with Joker, Bane and Poison Ivy. I think he can handle penguin better than the rest.

Batman would probably be more powerful. He would handle Spidey's villains well while Batman's villains psychologically mess up Spidey.

Guys you realize Peter is gonna be like a billionaire and he's also pretty damn smart. He'd use his knowledge and resources to be the hero Gotham deserves.... But yeah it seems to me like everything would be switched and batman's powers would be bat- themed and Gotham would have a spider themed superhero.
