Exactly! As long as the character acts the same, then I don't really mind about whether or not the continuity is right or not.

I would like the character to develop, however.

Exactly! As long as the character acts the same, then I don't really mind about whether or not the continuity is right or not.

Yeah, I like to see characters change too as long as the writer refers to their history and how the character learned from their mistakes.
