New Deadpool Movie Poster
I saw this on Twitter today.
I liked it & laughed at it.
Now laugh at it again.
Is this real?
LMAO
It's really real.
LMAO...too cool. Gotta wonder how many people will accidentaly wind up at this movie on date night?
I've already heard of a handful of instances.
A misleading movie poster...nice. If your girl tries to take you to a chick flick she'll have quite a surprise.
Haha.

I already did.
Trying to fool people with such a poster, lulz.
I hope you don't mean me. I'm simply a messenger.

*significant other calls you up*
SO: Hey babe. There's this new movie and it's coming out on valentines day. It looks really romantic & sentimental because it has Ryan Reynolds in it and it says "true love never dies."
You: Uh... OK. What's this movie called.
*significant other realizes it's called Deadpool*
SO: Um... Deadpool. That seams very inappropriate for a romantic movie.
lol I disagree. I'd say: Honey, you KNOW how I feel about chick flicks. BUT, because I love you so much, I guess we can go see it, snookums.

I imagine I'd say the same thing, but the SO would be really creeped out at realizing that the romantic chick flick is called "Deadpool." They'd just have no idea how that name belongs in a romantic movie.
LOL
that was great.
All of the marketing has been really creative and fun.

This is by far my favorite
@theamazingspidey: No, no of course not. Sorry for not being more clear. XD
@theamazingspidey: corse, if i was dating her in the first place she'd be the kinda girl that'd rather see Deadpool than a chick flick

True, but women see romantic movies with weird titles all the time "Dead Poets Society", "Bridges of Madison County", "The (freakin) TIME TRAVELER'S wife", lol Just tell her you heard it's from a story by Nicholas Sparks and she won't question a thing. See if you tell her you thought you HEARD it was, you can say after. "BOY was I wrong about that! What, did you think of the movie Baby Boo?"
Awesome! I really have to see this movie. I,m even more hyped to this movie after seeing this poster compared to the trailers, because i love the sheer effort and dedication from the filmmakers,Marketing Department in order to show you awesome this movie is going to be..lol Imagine the amount of extra money it going make from girlfriends,Wifes dragging their guys to the movies. Just wow. lol
The marketing for this movie is really good.
It's good AND bad imo. I think it's really creative and entertaining but it terms of getting the word around, I don't think they did a great job. I never see posters, trailers etc. of this movie outside of the internet.
I wonder if these could technically be considered false advertising?
Ah, who cares. It's freaking hilarious haha
It is false advertising, kinda, but is there a law against what they're doing, lol?
