I mean just look at it?!
New Bucky Barnes: Winter Soldier Preview Melts My Mind
Ewwww the arts is not my cup of tea. Also I expect this kind of artwork on Dr.strange book not Bucky Barnes book. I also don't like direction they takes which is Bucky go to cosmic space. Personally imo it will makes better if they makes it grounded-realistic like Punisher or Captain America the winter soldier movie
@boynerdgeek: But that's been done, so why not try something new?
That is fantastic.
Reminds me of JH's art. Gorgeous.
I know right? This book is going to be good for my wallpaper collection lol
@jonny_anonymous: The first page especially reminds me of it. That layout is sicknasty
@vandersexxx: Not out yet, first issue is 1st of october I believe.
@the_stegman: Not a fan?
@jonny_anonymous: Not for Bucky. Then again, I'm not a fan of him going to Asgard either. He's a spy, not Doctor Strange.
@the_stegman: He's still being a spy, just on a bigger scale. The book will still be dark and espionage and comment on the morality of war and killing but now it's just combined with the awe of the cosmos.
Just want to say that new DC book name "Grayson" is really cool concept. Imo Marvel should do that type of book but makes it Rated R. I'm not a fan of this cosmos type adventure for Bucky. If I want to read cosmos space book I get Guardians of the galaxy or Nova or Green Lanterns

I'm fine with the first part, but take out the "awe of the cosmos". I have the same complaint with the Red Hood and the Outlaws arc where Jason was the "chosen one" of the the All Caste...or whatever that was. Jason is a human vigilante, I don't need him being some mystical warrior.

Better that than retreading Brubaker's work but never being as good. Someone needs to be the Man On The Wall.
@jonny_anonymous: There's plenty of good stories that can be told with Buck without him meeting beings from other realms. I mean, I'll give the first issue a try, but the art and the premise has me skeptical.

Like what? What would make it any better than Brubaker's stuff or make it any different than books like Punisher, Black Widow and Deathlok?
@mrnoital: Yeah but unlike Lobo this book is got to be dark story about the affects of killing and the morality of it.
I've never seen art like this.
The one good thing about Lemire and Sorrentino's Green Arrow ending is that this book can take its place on my pull list.
Trippy.
@xwraith: I'd suggest trying to find marvel knights: spiderman, I don't know if it came out as a trade or not, but same artist, and he did an awesome job
@devitciiu: I actually am following him on twitter, I think he's doing it in acrylic/water color, but not sure if that was just him messing around, or part of winter soldier

@jonny_anonymous: I already get lots of that from just about any dc title, the art is just about the only thing thats really drawing me in on this one
@devitciiu: magic
I love Bucky/WS. I'm not so crazy about Bucky in space. I'll probably check out the first issue and go from there. The art is cool though.
That is fantastic.
