So JL 3000 has been re solicited for December with a brand new artist..... Howard Porter! After Kevin Maguires unfortunate firing a while back I was very curious to see who they would get to replace him and this is a fine choice. In fact I would say he fits the series ALOT better than Maguire fif in the first place.
New artist for Justice League 3000 announced
Not going to lie, I really do like this art a lot better. I could easily wait until December for this if the art is going to look like that.
Also, does anyone think Bart could have ties to Justice League 3000's Flash?
Looking forward to this even more now. I had already pre-ordered it before but was a bit sceptical with how the artwork was looking but I really like the above art. I hope it stays as a December release.
@comicbookfan93: Its going to be a monthly

I wouldn't be surprised since he's a time traveler from the future, I'm also glad with the art too
@ccraft: That's exactly why I asked. I kind of hope there's something. Since they said Bart Allen isn't his real name, maybe the Flash in JL3k is the real Bart Allen and this Kid Flash we have is a kid version of Wally who was somehow propelled into the future?!?!?!
Maybe I'm just too much of a dreamer....

Why was he fired?
@hero92: It was something along the lines of his art not working for the tone of the series. Its something I also really agree with. Maguires art is great but it doesnt really fit a space aged modern tone. His work has always had a more classic feel. Howard Porter fits it alot better.
@noj: Just thought I'd check considering the hyperbole online that DC is loosing/firing people. What do you know about this title? Like, who are they? I know Wonder Woman is immortal but Superman's life span is never really stated.

Same.
I really like this cover more that the original one, looks less cartoony. Love Batman and Superman's costume, Green Lantern also looks epic.
Green Lantern looks pimp as hell~

the way the solicitation sounds it's the current day Justice League somehow transported to the future

@danhimself: It does make it seem like its the current team but to be honest I highly doubt it is. It's probably just to throw people off.
