Supergirl has gone downhill recently but it's still better than replacing a fan favourite character with some cheap homage to the bereaved first writer of the series. My vote goes to Supergirl.

Batman vs Uncanny Avengers

Both are overrated but if there's one title that revolves more around cheap story telling and OOC writing, it's Uncanny Avengers. Batman has had good stories like Court of Owls in its favour at least so I vote for Batman.

Eh, not a massive fan of either. Not liking Scott Snyder's Batman story telling at all, and coupled with the fact that I'm extremely lukewarm in my feelings toward Batman, the book is an absolute bore for me to read. Uncanny Avengers has a Mary Sue who can do no wrong in Scarlet Witch and some overly dramatic writing at times.

Just going to vote Uncanny since I got two of my favorites in Wolverine and Thor in the book, and they are written fairly well.
