Accolades
Neji's father says he's been gifted with the talents of the Hyuga moreso than anyone else in the Clan:
Neji is touted for his talents even among the strongest clan in Konoha, is stated to use the Byakugan to its full potential, and acts as a role model to he young shinobi in the village:
Byakugan
The Byakugan is the Hyuga's Clan's Kekkei Genkai and allows the user to see everything from anther person's chakra network to a near 360 degress around the user.
The Byakugan is the main dojutsu that helped in the creation of the Sharingan, and according to Kakashi, is superior to it (although that's probably just the Base Sharigan):
The greatest strength the Byakugan gives its user is the ability to see another person's chakra network, which is vital to their Gentle Fist taijutsu:
Neji's Byakugan us so advanced, he can see the 361 tenketsu, or chakra points, in a human being. Because of this, he can use his dojutsu to locate and stab these points with his taijutsu, effectively cutting off a person's ability to use chakra:
When his team was trapped by Jirobo, Neji uses his Byakugan to see that the earth jutsu was sucking away their chakra:
He is granted nearly a 360 degree field of vision:
There is one weakness, however, as Neji can't see or sense things in a certain cone that extends from his first thoracic vertebrae:
And despite this being his blindspot, Neji is fully aware of it and commits chakra to that area alone, allowing him to sense attacks coming in from that trajectory:
His Byakugan also allows him to sense anything within a 50 m radius of himself:
The Byakugan allows a user x-ray vision. Here, Neji uses his Byakugan to see through another ninja and look at his test during the Chunin Exams:
Neji's Byakugan allowed him to keep up with Lee's Inner Gates speed in the latter's fight with Gaara:
After becoming a Jounin, Neji can see distances as far as 800 meters:
Taijutsu
Gentle Fist
Neji uses a taijutsu called the Gentle Fist, the Hyuga Clan's main style of fighting. This style of fighting allows the user to target an enemy's inner organs and chakra network, and Kakashi states that it would bring down even the strongest guy:
According to Lee, the Gentle Fist is the strongest Taijutsu in Konoha:
And since the chakra network is connected directly to a person's inner organs, his moves are deadly:
With his extreme precision and expertise with Gentle Fist, Neji is able to cut through Kidomaru's spider webs when Naruto's kunai was unable to earlier:
As well as cut himself out of a cocoon Kidomaru wrapped him in:
Kidomaru then praises his precision:
With this technique, Neji oneshot a large spider summon:
After allowing himself to be pierced by Kidomaru's V2 state Curse Mark arrow attack, this one added with a thread to better aim it and with spin for better piercing damage. After the arrow runs through him, Neji uses nearly the rest of his chakra and runs it back through the thread, hitting Kidomaru and stunning him:
Neji has learned the the Hyuga technique Air Palm, where he thrusts his palm at a far away enemy and hits them with an invisible force, knocking back Kisame Hoshigaki with it:
8 Trigrams 64 Palms
This technique allows a Hyuga member to target 64 of the chakra points around an enemy, shutting off their ability to use chakra and making it an effort for the target to even stand:
When Neji uses the 8 Trigrams against Kidomaru, he hits him so hard the Sound Ninja flies through a thick tree body:

Neji can release chakra from any of the chakra points in his body:
With this ability, he breaks free of Kidomaru's webs, ones that kunai can't cut and are strong enough to hold the weight of two elephants:

Neji can use chakra around himself change the trajectory of a projectile at the last minute:
A more extreme method is when Neji creates a large shroud of chakra around himself to better help his sensing abilites. With his, Neji is able to detect and deflect Kidomaru's V2 state Curse Mark arrow attack, making it run through his shoulder instead of heart:
As well as use this method to deflect another arrow from piercing through his forehead:
Rotation
Rotation is one of the Hyuga Clan's main techniques, but is only passed down to members of the main branch, which Neji is not. He was able to discover this ability on his own and effectively master it to the level of expert Hyuga's. The technique is initiated by layering the user's body with a coat of chakra, releasing it from the chakra points around their body, and spins, creating a protection bubble that knock away physical and energy attacks:
This technique can also turn the opponent's chakra back against them, like it did against Naruto with his Nine Tails chakra:
Neji blows back Naruto and one of his clones during the Chunin exams:
He blows away and defends against dozens of Kidomaru's hardened projectiles:
While fighting with his "clone", there are large craters in the earth, most likely from Neji's Rotation:
Speed
Neji dodges and cuts through Kidomaru's webs:
Neji outmaneuvers and defeats Hinata Hyuga during their bout in the Chunin Exams, reaching under her guard and stopping her strike from hitting him with an attack on her tenketsu:
Neji maneuvers around four of Naruto's clones in a matter of seconds:
And then continues to maneuver around even more of them, eventually racing through a few of them to strike at the "real" Naruto in the back:
Neji presses 64 of Naruto's chakra points in only a few seconds:
He's able to react to KN0 Naruto:
During his fight with Kidomaru, Neji forgoes the use of his Rotation because the spider strings only got caught with his chakra, preventing him from spinning fast enough, and chose to dodge the thrown projectiles the old fashioned way, using chakra in his hand to latch onto the first one of the next volley to give him the momentum to spin and dodge more in midair:
Endurance
A triple paper bomb goes off right behind Neji and he is largely unaffected:
Neji is struck by numerous thrown projectiles from Kidomaru but continues to fight, even after having at least seven of them strike him in the back:
He is then struck in the shoulder by Kidomaru's V2 Curse Mark arrow attack, which bore all the way through his body but then gets back up and starts running:
He is then run through his hip by a stronger arrow from Kidomaru and still have the strength to run to and finish off Kidomaru:
