Need customizing help... again.

I'm considering making a custom of the Rogue Titan.

I would like to make it in scale, if average human height is 2 meters, and average figure height is 6'', The Rogue Titan is 15m tall, so he is 7.5 times taller than a human being. So 6'' x 7.5 = 45''. So I need a base body, a huge one. Although, if a 40''+ tall base is out of the question, the minimum I would like is 18''. Articulation comes second, (I can try to add it later) to height. So, do you guys have any ideas? All I can think of is cutting up some of the recent 31'' tall figs like Superman and John Cena. Any help is appreciated.

The 30 inch Superman Returns figure jumps to mind. Someone did a decent It using that base.

Thanks, That could be a good idea, I guess I could graft on a fist from some other figure. Maybe a 30'' John Cena

I would just use the Cena, but all the sculpted detail wouldn't really lend well like the Superman that you mentioned would.
