It's my understanding that mylar bags (specifically, E.Gerber's mylites2) NEVER have to be replaced. Is this correct?

It's the same material that museums use to protect documents. You'll never have to change the mylar bag itself, but backing boards are another matter. Gerber carries full-back boards that help absorb impurities & last much longer than conventional boards.

I've been using millcases since mid 2000. They've got an ad out now in today's Diamond Previews APR2014. Placed an order with my store earlier.
