Have you ever heard a song that mentions a super hero If so, Can you tell me.

Eminem has several songs that reference Superman and Spider-Man.

I know jam on it mentions superman.

Yeah there's "Nrrrd Grrrl"  it mentions a few of the New X-Men

Eminem - Won't Back Down - Batman/Bruce Wayne
Kinks - Catch Me Now I am Falling - Captain America
Styx - Captain America - Captain America
Good Charlotte - Superman Can't Walk - Lois Lane and Superman (I am not exactly sure if that's the exact title btw)

Kirby Krakle has multiple songs about DC Comics characters.

It's kind of their thing.

The song Nananana (Na na na na) by My Chemical Romance references Batman.

There are plenty more but I know Superman gets mentioned more than any other super hero in music. 

                    I'm pretty sure the song "Nothing on You" by B.O.B. and Bruno Mars metions both Wonder Woman and Mr. Fantastic. i guess they didn't do their research when writing the song.

There is a classic (late 60's I think) rock song that mentions Superman and Green Lantern, but I can't remember it's name

I'll go with the obvious here with R.E.M's "Superman". Queen mentioned Superman as well in "Bicycle Race", and I also recall Weezer mentioning Kitty Pryde and Nightcrawler.

Yup, In the Garage by Weezer  I've Got Kitty Pryde and Nightcraler too, waiting there for me yes I do.
