Have you ever heard a song that mentions a super hero If so, Can you tell me.
Eminem - Won't Back Down - Batman/Bruce Wayne
Kinks - Catch Me Now I am Falling - Captain America
Styx - Captain America - Captain America
Good Charlotte - Superman Can't Walk - Lois Lane and Superman (I am not exactly sure if that's the exact title btw)
Donovan: Sunshine Superman. He specifically mentions both Superman and Green Lantern. From the 1960's. Great song to boot.
3 Doors Down: I don't know the specific title off hand but they do sing, "If You Call Me Superman". Probably not the song title, but I suspect most know that one.
There are plenty more but I know Superman gets mentioned more than any other super hero in music.
There's also the album made by Stan Getz (it's jazz for your information) it's called Captain Marvel.
I'm pretty sure the song "Nothing on You" by B.O.B. and Bruno Mars metions both Wonder Woman and Mr. Fantastic. i guess they didn't do their research when writing the song.
I was gonna say this. lol "STOP........now think about it!" XD
'Paradise City' by Guns N Roses mentions Captain America
'You Don't Mess Around With Jim' by Jime Croce mentions Superman
'Superman's Song' mentions Superman (obviously), Solomon Grundy and Tarzan.
There is a classic (late 60's I think) rock song that mentions Superman and Green Lantern, but I can't remember it's name
'Kryptonite' by Three Doors Down mentions Superman
That's right, G'N'R does mention Captain America in Paradise City! Nice one.
I'll go with the obvious here with R.E.M's "Superman". Queen mentioned Superman as well in "Bicycle Race", and I also recall Weezer mentioning Kitty Pryde and Nightcrawler.Yup, In the Garage by Weezer
I've Got Kitty Pryde and Nightcraler too, waiting there for me yes I do.

That was one of Weezer's good albums, right before they went downhill after 1997.
@PowerHerc: If you read one of my previous posts, I mentioned "Sunshine Superman" by 60's folk musician Donovan. He mentions Supes and Green Lantern. "Superman or Green Lantern, ain't got nothing on me..." part of they lyrics. Good song. That's right, G'N'R does mention Captain America in Paradise City! Nice one.
Yes! That's the one! I couldn't remember the song's title. Thanks.
Dark Saga by Iced Earth, It is made in direct reference to Spawn not only using quotes from the first issue but also parts of why the devil made him and origin as part of the lyrics. Most notably "I want to die again."
As if the album cover isn't enough proof.
