I think maybe mojo or arcade for me, you?
Most underrated villian?
@reaverlation: How is Ultron underrated, he's always shown as a huge threat every time he shows up
@joshmightbe: I was going off the battle forums.
@reaverlation: Battle forums have too many over zealous fan boys to be reliable.

Graviton.
Abomination went from Hulk's nemesis to a 2 bit jobber.
i agree, when i was a kid and first started liking hulk i thought abomination was so cool. but nowadays hulk can flick him and he'd explode.
M. Night Shyamalan
You know... I had an answer and everything....
but this.
@ditto_ditto: Killer Croc (Could be a massive threat but isntead hes reduced to being one-shotted whenever he turns up), Owl (have never anyone mention him like ever), Toyo Harada (Not many people read Valiant comics so hes unknown to the majority which is disgraceful) Felix Harmon (Wish this guy could of stuck around longer, doubt i'll see him again), Midas (Can't say I love him but from waht I seen the dynamic with him and Blood Rose was really good and would love for them to continuously turn up) & Darth Krayt (doubt many people have heard of him and with Marvel taking over print of Star Wars he doesn't actually exist anymore.)
The Fearsome Five went from being a genuine threat to being taken out easily by Donna Troy on her own.
Ares
Riddler...
mongul is very underrated
Damn, the list is damn long.
I always thought Rhino was very underrated, but then they made him a more serious and meaningful character after his wife was murdered. It added more layers to his personality and motives other than just being a "very big guuuy!" Plus, there was the whole deal within him actually upstaging Thor for a second, so in one way or another he earned some shred of respect.
Abomination is number one on my list because his very existence was kind of a cruel parody of Hulk. Both of the titans are monsters yet one still manages to find some shred of happiness by doing good while the other wastes away in his own deformity. It just because a lot about their character since Banner managed to be good despite being the babysitter of one of the most powerful beings on earth, whereas Emil couldn't really get over his hatred of Bruce. In a way, Abominations story is a tragic one too, since he did really try to do some good in his own way but it backfired on him. What's interesting is that his personality has been so deformed that even his "good" isn't particularly something to be proud of, since he always reverts back to his old habits. It's such a shame that he had been reduced to Hulks punching bag, because there's so much that can be done with the character. He's like Hulks evil twin, yet no one really thinks to utilise Emil's potential.
Same goes for Killer Croc. The very nature of the character would be perfect for a tragic horror gotham story, yet all the writers can do with him is having as a punching bag. There were a few recent writers that did give him some decent exposition, but it didn't really work out. I had hoped that the Arkham games would give rise to some new inspirations, but yet again, no one really takes advantage of the potential Jones posses. This sucks big time. Imagine how awesome it would be if Croc had to constantly deal with his own primal nature as his mutation gets worse. He's a mobster, but that doesn't mean he should be a monster.
See? Potential.
