I say Juggernaut (classic) or Sentry
Apocalypse Cyclops is the strongest.
either strange or sentry strange because hes basically taken on shuma gorath who could own universes and sentry because tony stark said he could find no known weaknesses or something like that for sentry and hulk cause hes a jade giant lol but it really have to be strange.
Doctor , eaisly makes ever ones blood into perfume with a wink, this guy is so powerful it's scary.
Lucianous says:
"Im gonna go with Batman"
Thats almost as stupid as saying Hulk

He did.
Gambler says:
"Me."
Solanum says:
"Me."
That's so cute, but in other news...
Other than characters who have their heads firmly up their own asses (Doctor, Jenny Q)... I'll say Quasar or one of the big three GL's (big surprise), followed closely by Billy Batson.
Wouldn't pretty much any powerful reality altering character be the correct answer?

Yeah pretty much.
Prodigious Man says:

I see you and raise you the Doctor from Athuroity
Ion, the first time Kyle got those powers (not now). He was able to be in several places in the universe at once and wield tremendous reality altering power.

Yep. That's a pretty good choice. The Doctor is certianly more powerful than Molecule Man, as it was shown that the limits of his power are far less than destroying Italy (ref secret wars 2 - when he sealed a large (comparative term here) tear in the earths crust - but needed the Surfers healp to do it).
The only question I have is that he must concentrate to make the choice - a descision occurs in his mind.
Would this decision occur (based on his human senses and perception) before the Flash could KO him as the Flash moves in millions of a second. Is he fast enough to prevent that thought forming and taking effect ??
Still, the flash could not sink Italy i think so the question may be moot.
He can't out-think the Flash, but say Flash tried to run through him before he could do anything, it might not kill The Doctor. He's been blown apart and had his brain exploded and it hasn't stopped him. And with a moments notice, he could make himself completely indestructable if he wanted. He did that when he fought Apollo. Apollo shot lasers at him and by the time they reached him, he was invulnerable. Whether or not Flash can kill him though, The Docotor is more powerful. He doesn't really have to concentrate unless it's something complex. Once there were some alien ships (or something like that) coming to detroy something, and he couldn't think of what to do and he just said, "Oh shit" and they all turned to crap.
I'd say someone like Nate Grey, considering he was suppost to be the most powerful telepath ever in every universe. (Apparently this isn't true, but he's still powerful.)
Octagon Freak says:

Still nothing against a reality warper.
What about Franklin Richards?

I dont know. If he could mind control the reality warper before the warper made a move to protect himself then the telepath could win.

Wasn't possible against Mad Jim Jaspers.
Cosmic Sentinel says:
"Ion, the first time Kyle got those powers (not now). He was able to be in several places in the universe at once and wield tremendous reality altering power."
Now this is a comic event that i did not follow (much to my regret). How powerful was Ion (in this first incarnation) ?. Was he a true reality manipulator ?
spiderman621 says:
"What about Franklin Richards?"
Good point.
Didn't he have power levels that were meant to be able to affect planet wide changes ?

He made his own universe.
Does Jesus count?
I mean I'm not sure if Jesus exist in Marvel/Dc but if we're counting every comic book company then I'm going with Jesus.
I'm pretty sure Bethlehem is on earth and I'm pretty sure being the son of god makes you like the second most powerful person in the universe.
