Most powerful Marvel Cinematic Universe character?

#1 Posted by RogueShadow (129 posts) - 7 months, 23 days ago - Show Bio

Minus Odin, and probably Thanos. Who is the most powerful hero or villain to appear thus far ?

@RogueShadow: Marvel Cinematic Universe thanos has no feats right now but indeed will have some in the future so I'm not counting him. I think it would be Thor or Hulk but I don't remember all the characters from the marvel cinematic universe so i'm just guessing.

I know, that's why I put, 'probably', Thanos, I didn't want people claiming Thanos when he has no feats.

marvel cinematics movies re just the recent movies right. If we are talking about the recent movies then thor. If we count them all all the way back to 98 or 99... then SS or galactus

I would say Hulk. I mean, c'mon, he smashed that giant alien worm thing in one hit!

I'd have to say it's between Thor and Hulk. Odin seems like he would be, but we haven't seen too much of him in a fight....I'm interested to see how they make Thanos, hopefully we'll seem more of him in Gaurdains of the Galaxy.

Hulk is WAY overrated. Thor.

galactus

#19 Posted by PurpleCandy (720 posts) - 7 months, 21 days ago - Show Bio

Odin or Thor

And quit with Galactus he isn't apart of the MCU, and Silver Surfer beat him so that automatically means Silver Surfer > Galactus.

@RIKR2: @GodDamnIronMan: Galactus hasn't appeared in the MCU yet.

Without THANOS or Odin - so far, it's obviously Thor

but Thanos will probably surpass him

#23 Posted by TheMinister (1131 posts) - 7 months, 21 days ago - Show Bio

I think we will see the most powerful in Guardians of the Galaxy... as for now, Odin and Thor.

Hulk is, he was smashing Thor up. i know people are going to say that maybe Thor was holding back, but that thor and can't handle that Hulk.

Yes, but the MCU is only the recent Marvel Studios movies. It only includes Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America, and The Avengers.

@Killer_of_trolls: Marvel Cinematic Universe is Earth 199999.

Fantastic Four Films are on Earth 121698

Blade films are on Earth 26320

X men fils are on Earth 10005

etc

Get it Marvel Cinematic Universe is a different reality than silver surfer and blade etc. This guy is talking about The marvel cinematic universe which is earth 199999 and it only features the films I listed.

I got it from the list, no need for excessive explanation. This is not a history test, lol.

thanks for the info, anyway. Too bad there won't be any hope for crossover between them then. But I suppose it's better this way for obvious reasons.

That is a misguiding name they gave that verse since they are all infact cinematic works of Marvel. If I noticed Cinematic and Universe were capitalized I would have suspected.
