This is a thread to see which villain has had the most impact in their respective verses as well as influence on the events, heroes, etc.
No cosmics.
My vote goes to either Magneto, Dr. Doom, Lex Luthor, or Thanos.
Not a battle
@paragonnate: Who is he going to influence ? No one cares about him.
The answer, is Doom.
Wait, scratch that, Thanos is the most influential, since he almost killed everyone in his universe.
For marvel its Thanos. Wiped out the entire universe with HOTU and killed half the universe with the IG.
For DC its definitely anti-monitor for causing Crisis.
Injustice Joker easily
Beat me to it.
Marvel: It'd have to be Loki. He formed the Avengers by a scheme gone wrong. He set up the Acts of Vengence. He's Tom Hiddlestone!
Thats the most disgusting thing ive ever seen.
The answer, is Doom.
I'd say Reverse-Flash, just to be different. He did cause the Flashpoint event, after all.
I thought it was revealed that Barry actually caused it.
I could be wrong since it's been a while.
The answer, is Doom.
@xiix: ...what is that?
@xiix: ...what is that?
Joker has had the most effect on the real world. He's appeared in more movies than any other villains.
@billy_batson: I'm too lazy to look her up in the wiki -.-
The answer, is Doom.
The Joker is the most popular but I don't think his actions have had the most impact or influence. I think these villains have had more impact:
Reverse Flash - Flash point - affected all of the DC universe
Thanos
Dr. Doom - remember secret Wars 1, 2, and 3.
Ultron - Remember the world in Age of Ultron
Onslaught - Remember that pocket universe thingy Marvel tried for a year
