What is the most horrific thing a superhuman has done to a normal human in comics?

For me it would be when the Flash rogue Abra Kadabra transforms a bunch of people into a human sidewalk, complete with their faces and skin stretched out. Pretty gruesome.

Depends on if it's on purpose or on accident, if accidents count... Spider-man when he turned Charlemain's face into hamburger,killing her when he thought it was Wolverine attacking him, he doesn't pull his punches as much against Wolvie. She did it on purpose effectively committing suicide, but still that was a lot for Spidey to deal with.

And there's that whole letting the thief getting away to kill his uncle Ben thing.
