From what I can tell most comic book villains aren't like I wan't to rule the world(currently). Perhaps a better way to say it is that most comic book villains from what I can tell don't have world domination as a primary goal. I have met people who said they don't read comic books because all the villains just want to rule the world. I am like *facepalm when people say that. I know there was a time when most villains did that(even i'm not sure that's 100% accurate) but since the Bronze Age I have not seen many villains who say I want to rule the world.
I could be wrong about this though.
