Most Boring Comic That You Wanted to Get Into But Just Couldn't..

Whats a comic character that you thought was just badass but was highly disapointed while reading because it was horribly boring.
 
For me?
Swamp Thing. 
I love the movies, and he is badass in my book, but i just couldnt get into his comics....

Doom Patrol: cool team, but their current series is boring as hell.

x-men and/or Spiderman

Red Sonja. I wanted to be interested, but I can't even bring myself to finish the first volume.

Birds of prey. I've tried several times to get into the book but i gave up a couple of years ago. Thinking of picking up the title now though.

to much diolgue usually, not as bad in uncanny X-men but i have not read a single Spiderman comic that i didnt fall asleep while reading "

The older Dr. Strange series..
Just boring...
But don't get me wrong I love Dr. Strange, and his newer stuff is effing great.

JSA: I just could never get into it.
 
Titans: first issue was good. Then came #2, which was ok. I dropped it at #3. But I'm reading it now since Deathstroke's team has taken over the title.

Spawn: Really just couldn't get into it. I think I read the first 1 1/2 issues.
 
Superman: I don't know what it is but every time I pick up a Superman comic it just doesn't grab me. Then a few months later I go "Hey! Why am I not reading this? He is Supes after all!" and the cycle keeps going.

Definitely Hulk. I love the shows and movies (minus the 03 film...) but the comics are meh. I tried to get into Loeb's Hulk series, but after what I saw Rulk do to Thor I was finished.

The Green Lantern

  I only tried to get into them because of Image united but i found witchblade, spawn and savage dragon not only hard to get into but pretty boring

Nextwave.  
 
I usually dig Ellis, but this just couldn't hang on to my interest. 

100 Bullets, I'm not saying it's bad, it's just hard for me to get hooked.

Spi-der-man

also forgot to mention birds of prey (even though I do like black canary and oracle, just never really got into the comic).

The old Wolverine comics.. I got a few from ebay..man what a waste of money....

X-men, hated that you'll have to eventually read all of the titles in a few months because is crossover after crossover. The writing ain't that great either

kick-ass: honestly could not get past the first issue. the artwork was hideous and i honestly found the story boring as hell. didnt like the movie either, jetpack scene made my stomach twist 
dark tower: one thing i wanted to read so bad, but i just found it boring. i tried and i tried but just couldnt make it thru

Superman for all Seasons. I heard it was good, I found it really boring. :/

Witchblade. I like Michael Turner's art, and Sara and Ian were cool characters; but the book itself was sooo run-of-the-mill.

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

Not saying he is boring I do like him but Daredevil I have tried for years to get into him I just can't and I mean I feel like I should love that character he should be my favorite Marvel. But IDK I just can not get hooked

Young Justice, after the third or fourth arc... it was never the same again

Batman. Although I liked some story-arcs, it just never thrilled me.

i'm in a slump on Miracle Man right now,
i'm on issue 3 of Moore's run and I can't get past it, I'm distracting myself by reading other stuff.
Ha, i spent a pretty penny on these issues, so idk why i'm not reading 'em
