DAMN, Magneto might win this thing. He's not always number 1 but he's on almost everyone's list. I've only added the most common ones though so far

I was going to, I do like Frank, but ehh what's the point. And Franco Goblin was badass, I would've wished for a better fight though, and one where he doesn't KO himself.
