The guy has an Adamantium spine as well as other Adamantium joints (without getting Adamantium poisoning), and now he's tanking a headshot from a mystical weapon wielded by a 50-tonner? Marvel needs to just say this guy's got a healing factor, make it canon, and be done with it.

Exactly. And yet every single thing that you can read on him that is officially licensed by Marvel Comics (read: no fan fiction) goes out of its way to be ambiguous about him and his healing rate/gifts. It's embarrassing. They should just state officially that yes, Bullseye does indeed have a healing factor and then either retcon an origin as to how he gained that power, or take the cheap route and make it a mutant power that survived M-Day.
I don't care which they choose, just that they quit dragging their asses and make it canon already!
