Mortal Kombat 9(2011) or Mortal Kombat X(2015)

Mkx clearly. Gameplay is more fast a smooth, the story is far more interesting and cinematic.

Factions are a great way to keep the community active, same goes for living towers.

Mk9?holds no candle to Mkx

@modernww2fare: why not? MK9s l, while there were more I think. They were awful looking, the world looked slow(giving them difficulty in the battle forums) and clunky. The story was just an alternate mk1-mk3. At least the new game had a new story and characters to show.

MKX's story with the new Earthrealm warriors felt like too much like a teen sitcom to me. And Cassie Cage beating Shinnok? no...

Mk9's story was better overall, but MKX just clears about every other category, and it still had a great campaign.

Both are absolute garbage.

MKX is the only one me and my wife play now. Might be because we have Xbox ONE and no longer have a 360.

I like both a lot, but I prefer MKX as of now. I like the character designs a lot better and I like the actual gameplay a lot better as well. I l do think I like the stages of MK9 better though, but that's because they are based on stages from the first 3 games which I absolutely love.

MK9 was a treat but MKX is a gem IMO.

I played the ninth and tenth parts of Mortal Kombat. Of course, the tenth part is more interesting and functional because the developers used new technologies to develop the game. Moreover, they have developed the previous history of the game. I still have downloaded mortal combat, but I do not play it because I only play rust. My friends and I can play for 8 hours on weekends without a break. Recently I bought a cool skin here https://totalrust.com; this skin is from an exclusive collection; my friends now envy me.
