Megatron vs Guardians of the Galaxy

Guardians are fugitives looking for a big score. They find information that something called the "all spark" is on a distant planet. They end up stealing it, but are pursued by Megatron as he attempts to retrieve it.

-No prep.

-Fighting on a distant planet similar to Earth but with no life.

-Standard gear and equipment.

-Movie versions/characters.

The more i think about it. Working as a team the guardians. Regular human military weapons harm transformers. Guardians have way more advanced weaponry.

Wrong Forum, switch to Battle. Megatron stomps the movie version of Guardians, only hope if Rocket comes up with some PIS.

@earthsmightiest: And just why would Rocket inventing/planning something clever be Plot Induced Stupidity? Its perfectly in-character for Rocket in both the comics and the movie to do exactly that: to either figure out a plan and/or to make some gadget that saves their bacon from burning when the initial plan-A backfires.
