Bucky's a criminal, he should be brought in. So, Tony.

Cap seems like the bad guy to me this time. What should've been a stomp in favor of team Tony is turning out to be the complete opposite. Even looks like they put Rhodey on the verge of death.

Not enough plot detail in the MCU version for me to thoroughly decide.

But in the comics I backed Cap 100% the whole way through.

@kgb725: And I agree he shouldn't be found guilty, but he still has to go to court and be tried. Just running away isn't the way to go.
