MCU and the ultimate universe

Hi guys After watching pretty much all of marvel movies and knowibg some stuff of the ultimate universe in the comics, I guess it's quite obvious that MCU bases itself on some things of the UU. Honestly, I guess that the MCU mixes both ultimate and 616 to create the movies. Avengers is a prime exemple, as we have both loki and the chitauri.

Now, this is something that I concluded, but you all probably think this is obvious, right? Let me know.

Either way, what I'd like to know is if you like the presence of the UU on the MCU Dou like this mixing thing, or do you think that the movies should be loyal just to 616 or just to ultimate?

Some things brought over from the UU work for the benefit of the MCU. There are just some 616 concepts that don't translate as well to the silver screen, e.g. Hawkeye's costume or Cap's helmet wings.
