Technically it's not. There's no characters involved here, only powers... which is explicitly not allowed in the battle forum rules. Or, if you say that the OP is talking about characters with those powers, then there's too many which is also explicitly not allowed.

These types of threads are be banned. Universe vs Universe threads involve too many people or a person vs a universe could end up becoming a stomp and offer no debates at all. Like Superman Prime vs Marvel Universe. He would end up fighting some being that he wouldn't beat and if you do the universe vs universe threads it just ends up being omnipotent vs omnipotent which is also against the rules and offers no debate. This is an extension of the be careful with team battles but this is gonna be cracked down on more.

This thread is just a version of the "universe vs universe" and "powers vs powers" threads, which are not battle according to the rules.

BUT, I disagree with the telepathy aspect. I think Marvel has people who are much stronger and much more skilled with their powers.. Emma Frost/Charles Xavier/Jean Grey/Rachel Summers/X-Man/Psylocke/Moon Dragon/Quintin Quire/Thanos/Legion/Cable/Shadow King/Cassandra Nova/Stryfe/Franklin Richards etc..

@conner_wolf: there's no quality in teleportation...either you can teleport or you can't, same goes for invisibility and a bunch of other superpowers not on the list, otherwise its just about quantity

@masterkungfu: It can come down to accurate their teleportation is, how many times they can teleport in a given time-some people can only teleport through creation of portals, or take a while to implement teleportation-and the distance they can teleport.

Invisibility can be all about how visible you are when you go invisible-like when you play Halo with poor camo-how long you can stay invisible, and what you're invisible to.
