Ok never trust Bleeding Cool buuuut....
Marvel To Reboot There Universe?
As to if I think this is true?..... nope. They just started all these new books, why go through all this trouble if they were going to do this?
Why do we never trust bleedingcool? I'm not aware of anything they make up. Of course I don't click on everything there but still.
@iaconpoint: Well a lot of the time Bleeding Cool report on rumors that are never verified and either what ever they were reposting on get's changed and never happens or was never going to happen in the first place. They also post sensualized titles on there articles to get more clicks.
It could be possible because it would give them the excuse to merge the Earth 616 and Ultimate Universes not to mention groups like X-Men and their ilk need to be rebooted because it is way too big and convoluted to comprehend a lot of the time. Also, I think that Marvel would probably handle their reboot better than DC mostly because Dan Didio wouldn't be in charge of it.
However, I just think it'll lead to a New Marvel Now of the Avengers more than anything else.
@jonny_anonymous: I think this is the only way to get my DD back.So i'm interested

That is a good point
I don't think they're going to reboot
but if they do
I'm going to flip out.
Marvel: Hey DC we like what you did with Wally.
DC: Maybe you should try it with Daredevil.
Marvel: GENIUS!
@dagmar_merrill: Naw that's a Rick Remender event

I would
I don't think there is a reboot, more of a reconfiguring of certain characters. maybe adding some and losing some with the incursions and such. a reboot makes no sense, but reshuffling happens all the time.
@supremehyperion: That is what I thought as well .
Personally I wouldn't care one way or the other. I've never been one to get caught up with or worry about long standing continuity. But, I would be surprised if they did a full reboot. I'm pretty sure it hasn't worked out as well or the way DC thought it would.
I like to think that this "change" will only be affecting the Avengrs and New Avengers stories. But then again I know that the things the New Avengers is getting really really serious now, especially after what happened in the Orignial Sin tie in of Avengers 29, but I hope it's not a reboot and just some minor changes. I know all of it will be connected...the O5 X men being brought to the present, Wolverine breaking time during AoU, the stuff that's happening in Uncanny Avengers and everything that happened in Infinity will all be connected to this.
@jonny_anonymous: Their.
The worse thing about the internet is grammar nazis
reboot = bad
I read comics because i like the characters and their history and seeing them interact in a joined universe. a reboot changes these things.

Tell that to Valliant
Would be interesting to see how they did it.
Probably be like watching the Ultimate universe...only hopefully better executed.
It appears to be not a reboot, more a story-telling style. Timeline is pushed forward by eight months and the past is told with each new book until May 2015 when everything has lined up. I can't imagine Marvel deciding a reboot is a good idea. I am a bit nervous this might be movie-motivated. That wouldn't be good for comic fans (for this one at least.)
Honestly, I hope Marvel doesn't reboot in the future because I do like the history with these characters and it wouldn't be a good idea if Marvel rebooted now because of the movies trying to take on the source material at this moment. But, if Marvel does reboot, I wouldn't be too surprised if that happened, especially if the universe starts getting way too convoluted.

You don't think they'd do origin stories for most characters?

Well, not really, I mean most of the heroes already have had the origins retcon and updated anyway.
