Marvel NOW:What do you think ?

This topic is about the new "non-reboot" hitting Marvel. There are a plethora of changes coming including a fusing of the X-men and the Avengers and the emergence of the original X-men team in the present day (along with all the culture shock bliss that comes along with it). So I would like you all to sound off on what you think about it. Is Cable's eye covered, because the Legacy virus has left his body (after burning out his eye), allowing him to finally harness his immense telekinetic powers. Will we see a return of the Jean Grey from the current time or must we content ourselves with 1960's Jean ? Who's identities are being altered ? How much will we be seeing Nick Fury (the white one) ? Is Bruce going to become the dominant persona again ? Why does Thor have swords ? Why is Rocket Raccoon not in a galaxy far far away ? Where's Groot ? They mentioned un-fleshed out characters getting some lime light- will we be seeing more Blue Marvel, X-Man, etc.

^ That would be a good pick for a Marvel reboot.

Just from a design point of view, they should make at least one different design trait besides costume that would differentiate Ultimate Nick Fury with 616's Nick Fury Jr. Cyclops X-visor looks silly, and I'm not a fan of Cable having a costume with red as the main color.

I'm glad the Avengers books are finally getting some fresh blood. I don't see this having much bearing on any of the Marvel titles I already read...I hope.

It's a great opportunity that will be wasted.

Marvel trying to do what DC did....How sad.
