High Evolucionary:

Sony owns the rights to Spider-Woman, right? So, if they do a SW origin movie, the High Evolucionary should be in it. But who owns his rights, Sony or Marvel?

Namor:

He`s been part of the X-Men and the Avengers, so who owns his rights, Fox or Marvel? Or is it like Quicksilver that they both can use him in different ways?

Sentry:

Marvel owns him, right?

I am pretty sure Fox has the rights to Namor. They have the rights to any characters that frequently appear in either the X-books or Fantastic Four titles. Also, I am pretty sure they have at least some communication with Marvel.

I would think Marvel owns the film rights to Spider-Woman, Sentry, and the High Evolutionary

@flaming_weasel: Universal technically owns the film rights for Namor but if they don't do anything with him in the next year or so the rights go back to Marvel.

I don't see why Sony would have the rights to Spider-Woman, since she isn't a Spidey character

No. Universal owns Namor. Feige said so in an interview.
