Which Marvel characters can create life?

Not artificial life.

Don't include characters like Galactus or God-like characters.

Any male human

Intelligent life (humans and aliens) or any life (e.g. plants and animals)?

Life in general. Someone who could create a machine or some way to mass produce life.

Possibly by using DNA. Also, by using DNA to bestow specific powers and or drone like characters.

C'mon lets not hog all the credit human women play at the very least an equal part in it lol.

Ex Nihilo comes to mind, I'm sure there are others.

Nope, nope. We do the creating part. Women get to do all the nurturing and raising and growing, but we're the ones who stuck em in there.

Think of it this way - we get the raw materials and the women manufacture them!

If you mean from out of nothing, just BAM! here's a life, then I can't really think of any non-cosmic entity that can do it. I don't know the extent of Ex-nihilo's powers so I don't know where to group him.
