This has been on my mind lately. DC has the most popular female heroine Wonder Woman and probably also the second Catwoman. They're both A-List characters and that's something that Marvel struggles with. The only A-Listers they have are probably Invisible Woman, Phoenix and Storm, but they're not as well known as WW or the Cat. However Marvel does have a long list of B-Listers such as She Hulk, Rogue, Black Widow, Kitty Pryde and Carol Danvers for example. DC has fewer ones like Supergirl. The others are pretty much C-List. Villain wise Marvel's Mystique is an A-Listee now due to the movies and the X-Men franchise. DC's Harley Quinn is also A-List while Poison Ivy is probably a B-Lister. Anyways, who has the most popular and well known female heroes and villains?
