Man of Steel or Watchmen? What's the better movie? Which do you prefer?

I voted for Man of Steel. Watchmen is a good film, but admittedly it's too hollow and badly acted which affected the film. Man of Steel on the other hand, had mostly good acting, and wasn't as hollow as Watchmen.

Not to mention the best score in any film ever.

Watchmen had a better story. Amazing ending.

MoS was better to watch IMO, although I still can't focus on the shallow story or understand what moral stance the writer was presenting.

Both were disappointing, went Watchmen, honestly didn't bother buying either.

Watching Man of Steel, you could see that the screenwriters and directors were pushing for something but they struggled to achieve it. They wanted the in-depth character study of The Dark Knight, but Man of Steel turned out to be poorly structured in it's approach. They had good ideas, some that stuck, but they didn't stitch it together well enough. That's the way I see it.

Watchmen has a great story, but it's also a very hollow film. I don't know what better way to put it - watching it, it feels very... empty. There's also stretches in the story where characters disappear and the acting mostly ranged from bad to mediocre.

Overall, I consider Watchmen to be the better film, but even then it has it's share of problems.

I absolutely hated both, but I hate Watchmen with a serious passion and it is my least favorite cbm. So I guess MoS by default.

I enjoyed MoS a bit more.. so MoS...But Watchmen is an epic movie...
