Magneto's physical prowess?

Does Magneto, like many other mutants, have enhanced physical abilities? Does he ever display impressive physical strength, or speed, or fighting skills?

Just wondering after reading Magneto Vol 2: Rehearsals

@hocko1999_virus: No with the exception of added benefits of being able to use electromagnetism, such as flight via levitation, force fields etc. Magneto has zero enhanced physical aiblites. His durability is awful among the top tiers of comic book characters in terms of overall power level. His durability is equal to that of an average human, same goes for all his physical stats.

@jumpstart55: So he could potentially be killed if you threw, say, wooden spear at him?

@hocko1999_virus: Yea pretty much. But thinks to his mastery over electromagnetism he dosent have to worry about his durability much.

At most his reaction speed is better than your average human by quite a margin, other than that he's not much different. Durability isn't something he excels in, probably because his powers can be defensive for him in a big way.

But by using electromagnetism he can increase his strength and durability to reasonably high degrees, to the point where he can perform a whole host of fantastic feats, ranging form some moderately impressive feats as the scans above me show, to high level feats such as tanking hits from Thor.

Not anymore, he's been de-aged at least twice and is currently in his physical prime.

His solo would put at typical peak human stats, with his magnetic powers greatly weakened he was able to physically hold off a predator X in an enclosed arena until he was able to use what power he had to make a gap in it's hide.

How badly has his powers been weakened in the solo series?

He's probably highly resistant to gas/flame. but that's about it. :P.
